I'm often looking for a large mug that can handle hot and cold coffee. While I love my 30-ounce Transformers mug from Universal, it's got a lot of angles making it tricky to drink from, so I saw this pop up and thought I'd give it a try.The mug is really sturdy and the glaze shows off some black spots helping the whole thing feel like it's unique. I definitely don't think this is hand made, but it's still got a decent weight to it, is comfortable to hold, and easy to drink out of.I decided the put it on the scale and found it really can fill 23 ounces. It "might" fit 24 ounces, but you couldn't move it without spilling (I decided not to go quite that far).For $18, I'd definitely buy it again if I happen to break the handle or something. But this seems like a tank, so I'm hopeful it'll last a long time.
